Tampico Pre-Finishing Brush

The Tampico Fibre is made from a plant unique to the semi-desertic areas of northern Mexico; the Agave Lechugilla. These natural fibers are absorbent and, as such, aid in lifting and absorbing the dirt from surfaces. The Tampico Brush is a special brush used to deep clean the pores of the wood surface prior to finish. When attached to a vacuum, it helps improve the final finish of the wood furniture surface. Tampico brushes have been used for years for everything from buffing wax to cleaning before coats.
